Mountain lion hunts are all operated out of our lodge and include everything but your license cost and your travel.

Mountain lion can be hunted in Montana with any weapon you prefer (as long as it's within the states regulations). Tags are sold over the counter in Montana and also by permit. For these guided mountain lion hunts, we use well trained  hounds and the weapon of your choice. Hunts are 8 days in the field, (account for 10 days total with 2 days of travel.)  We only book 1 hunter per week so that all of our guides can focus on finding a mature lion for you.

We also strongly encourage hunters that book with us to purchase a wolf license, as this is a great time of year to find a wolf and we often run into them while looking for lion tracks.
