For over a decade, this area has been our home and the foundation for unforgettable Western hunting experiences—where success comes from preparation, persistence, and a deep respect for the land.

 

Our guides bring generations of experience and an unmatched understanding of local wildlife, terrain, and seasonal patterns. That knowledge, paired with hard work and ethical hunting practices, has led to exceptional success rates and lasting friendships with our clients.

Our History

 

 

Founded in 2009 by renowned outdoorsman and industry leader Remi Warren, Montana OutWest Outfitters quickly became known for authentic, high-quality hunts and the pursuit of mature game in some of the wildest country in Montana.

 

In 2024, ownership transitioned to Brennon and Summer Fisher, a husband-and-wife team deeply rooted in the same values that built the business—respect for wildlife, ethical hunting, and a genuine passion for sharing Montana’s backcountry with others. Together, they’ve carried forward Remi’s legacy while expanding opportunities for hunters to experience the best the Bitterroot has to offer.

 

 

 

Our Team and Philosophy

 

 

We believe the best guides are also the best hunters. Our team is made up of accomplished outdoorsmen and women who understand the pursuit from the inside out. Every member of our crew shares a commitment to professionalism, safety, and respect for the game we pursue.

 

We also recognize that bowhunting and rifle hunting require different approaches. All of our archery guides are dedicated bowhunters—skilled at getting clients close, reading animal behavior, and making every opportunity count.
